Why "Glowbug"?

Fireflies don't light up the whole night — they give you one small, steady point of light to follow through the dark. That's the job we've taken on for families: not to fix everything, but to be the calm, reliable point of light while a family finds its way through a custody case.

What we believe

Supervised visitation done badly feels like surveillance. Done well, it's almost invisible: a child gets an afternoon with their parent, a supervisor quietly keeps everything within the court's guardrails, and both parents get a factual record nobody can argue about. We built Glowbug around three commitments:

• Child-first. Locations, pacing, and tone are chosen for the child's comfort, always.
• Strictly neutral. We follow the order as written and document facts — never opinions.
• Genuinely accessible. Flat published pricing, evening and weekend scheduling, fast intake.

Glowbug is an accredited provider with the Supervised Visitation Institute, which sets standards for supervisor vetting, training, documentation practices, and child-centered conduct. Accreditation means our supervisors are background-checked and trained to a published professional standard — and that courts and attorneys can verify our standing with SVI directly.

Who we are

Glowbug Supervised Visitation is operated by Glowbug SV LLC. Our supervisors are professionals — many with backgrounds in social work, education, and childcare — selected as much for temperament as for credentials. The best supervisors are the ones children forget to be nervous around.
