How It Works

From court order to first visit — quickly and calmly

Most families complete intake and hold their first supervised visit within a week. Here's exactly what happens.

  1. Open a case in the portal Create your account, pay the intake fee, and upload your court order — takes about 10 minutes. Tell us your metro, what your order requires, and anything we should know.
  2. We review your court order Supervision terms live in the details — sight-and-sound requirements, approved locations, communication restrictions. We read the order carefully so visits comply from day one.
  3. Orientation for each parent Each parent gets a short, separate orientation call. We explain ground rules, answer questions, and coordinate calendars — parents never need to negotiate directly with each other.
  4. Supervisor match and first visit We assign a background-checked, SVI-standard-trained supervisor in your metro and schedule the first visit at a location that fits your child and your order.
  5. Consistent visits, documented Visits follow a predictable rhythm — same supervisor whenever possible. Every visit is documented factually, and court-formatted reports are available to either parent's attorney or the court on request.
