What the intake fee covers
Intake includes reviewing your court order, setting up your case file, an orientation conversation with each parent, and matching your family with the right supervisor in your metro. It's charged once per family, not per parent.
Who pays?
That depends on your court order — some orders assign costs to one parent, some split them. We can invoice either arrangement and keep payment logistics between each parent and us, so parents don't need to handle money between themselves.
No surprise charges
No booking fees, no report fees, no mileage charges inside our service areas, no weekend surcharges. If a visit runs long at both parents' request, additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.
