Three steps to your first visit

1. Create your account & pay the intake fee Set up your secure account and complete checkout. Intake is charged once per family — not per parent.
2. Upload your court order & complete your case info Upload the supervision section of your order and fill in your case details. We review every order carefully so visits comply from day one.
3. Book your first visit Pick a date and time that works for your schedule — evenings and weekends are available in all nine metros.

A note on confidentiality

Custody matters are sensitive. Everything you submit is read only by our intake team, is never shared with the other parent without the process requiring it, and never becomes marketing data. The portal uses secure, encrypted connections for all uploads and payments.
