When you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, city, the service you're interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We do not collect payment information through this website.

Intake information is used solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate whether our services fit your situation, and — if you become a client — administer your case. Given the sensitive nature of family court matters, we treat all inquiry information as confidential.
What we don't do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not share your inquiry with the other parent in your case except as required by the supervision process or a court.
- We do not use intake details for advertising.
Service providers
This site is hosted on commercial infrastructure, and form submissions are processed by our hosting provider before reaching our intake team. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Records and legal process
Visit documentation created in the course of supervision services is maintained as a professional record and may be provided to courts or counsel of record as the supervision process requires. We may also disclose information when legally compelled to do so.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about your inquiry, or ask us to delete inquiry information that is not part of an active or past case record, by contacting us through the intake form.
